The 10 Humanist Commitments as laid down by American Humanist Association

These are not commandments as religious conformists or zealots might assume - which are externally imposed, but  are rather commitments we make to ourselves and to each other to be better people, better humans. And we think people who are internally motivated to be ethical - be good, do good, do a better job at being good than people who are only being good to avoid punishment.
